Let Rustiques Help You Survive a Home Renovation

We considered the 4 main pain points for Home Owners and Contractors during the home renovation process.

Workmanship

Communication

Dependability

Cost Vs. Reward

While no General Contractor can say that they can eliminate all issues 100%, there are those that do better than others. There are plenty of excellent Contractors to choose from. Rustiques knows that it is a privilege to be given a chance to earn a Home Owner's business and trust.

How can we distinguish ourselves from the other excellent Contractors out there? By providing top quality workmanship, above average communication, dependability beyond reproach, and making it worth it from start to finish. It's one thing to say we do that, but what does the record show?  We invite you to come check out our showroom with examples of our workmanship. Follow our Facebook and Instagram Pages as we provide updates on our current projects. We are ready to provide a list of references. The greatest compliment is a recommendation so check out our reviews on our Google Business Page.

Our 3-D Design Consultation is part of the Communication process as Designer and Home Owner get on the same page. The Consultation is when Steve takes it all in. The home's character, the architectural footprint, and of course the desires of the Home Owner. Written Agreements and Cost Break Downs are part of the package. We always look to keep in mind all variables and allow for them in the bid/estimate process. Rather than come in with a low bid and ask for forgiveness as the project goes along, the estimate will have an honest evaluation of the cost. That is why we won't always be the lowest bid or the highest bid. We will be the most honest bid.

Dependability is as important to us as it is to the Home Owner. On our last kitchen renovation, our estimate to completion was three weeks. And despite snow and rain, it was completed in three weeks. Not to say that there will never be delays, but the Home Owner's time is as valuable as ours. Sticking to a time line and a schedule is best for all. We are available by phone, email, and text and we work to return calls by the end of business day by the Contractor personally or one of the Design Center Staff.

In the end, Rustiques wants you the Home Owner to say "It was worth it". That goes for all projects big or small. We stand by our work.  As an example, on all installs, we offer a one year warranty on workmanship and materials. We would love to work with you on your next project big or small. A home renovation doesn't have to be a nightmare. Rustiques is here to help you survive a home renovation and make the dream a reality.
